Plants have been some of my greatest teachers, and herbalism has been woven through my life and work for many years.

As a Certified Ayurvedic Herbalist, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Certified Regenerative Western Herbalist, and years of experience growing medicinal and harvesting herbs, I offer personalized 60-minute consultations rooted in both Eastern and Western herbal traditions.

Together, we will explore what you are currently experiencing within the larger context of your constitution, daily rhythms, nourishment, environment, and relationship with your body, mind, and spirit. From there, I may offer individualized herbal suggestions alongside supportive food, lifestyle, and daily practices.

My approach is gentle, holistic, and rooted in the belief that working with plants is not simply about addressing a symptom, but about cultivating a deeper relationship with ourselves and the living world around us.
