I hold a Bachelor of Arts in both Studio Art with a concentration in Photography, as well as Bachelor of Arts in Art History. My artistic eye and self-expression through art and writing has been woven throughout my life and is the grounding point for all of the holistic practices I am offering now. My personal artwork reflects her meditations with nature and interweaving my inner world with the natural world. I enjoy making my own paints and dyes from herbs and rocks. In addition to my own art, I am a content creator, artist, and writer for individuals and brands in the holistic wellness and mental health realms.

I chose a path to become a holistic wellness practitioner for those experiencing physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances because I have seen that there is nothing more profound than healing and nourishing yourself from the root of the issues you may be facing. I healed myself from her own severe illness which manifested from a mix of emotional trauma and physical imbalances in 2015 with the support and guidance of natural medicine practitioners, medicinal herbs, mindfulness practices, a deep dive into different cultures and their spiritual wisdom, and a devotion to self-love and living an intentional life.

After a trip to Nepal in 2019, I chose to attend the California College of Ayurveda and initially obtained certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor in 2020 and then furthered Ayurvedic herbalism studies by moving to Nevada City, California to study Clinical Ayurvedic theory and become a certified Herbalist in 2022. I am a lover of learning and completed a 75-hour permaculture design certification and 125-hour regenerative herbalism certification in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala in 2022 with teachers Sarah Wu, Lala Palmieri, and Shad Quidsi. I then moved to Boulder, Colorado where I taught classes and worked as a herbalist at a renowned apothecary supporting individuals with a variety of needs through my expertise in both western and eastern herbalism. Since moving back to Asheville, North Caroline, I have opened up my own online apothecary, Devotion Herbals.

Additionally, I am a certified birth doula and prenatal yoga teacher.

In 2025, I began my journey to become a counselor. I am excited to interweave my paths, ancestral knowing, and guide others back to themselves.
